As a beginner, finding your place and grasping the idea of DevOps is very much depending on the personal motivation and the environment you work. School don’t get you ready for it.
In this talk, Busra is going to share her journey. You will see the representation of a story that adopts the DevOps as a mindset rather than people, tools and so on. The talk will be a storyline that is supported by real-world examples such as using the tools, communication in the teams from the experiences of a Junior Engineer’s roadmap to DevOps.

Everybody has to go to meetings. For many of us, it feels like a burden or even as a total waste of time. Can we overcome that?
I will address these issues in my talk and investigate them a bit. I tried out a number of approaches which turned out to be effective for productivity and happiness of the team. Additionally, from my work in different activist groups I learned some things that I can add to the mix.
Hopefully, you will find these practices valuable and you find a way to turn bad meetings into great meetings.
