With an office in Utrecht, InVision establishes a new location in the heart of the Netherlands in mid 2020. With a competent local sales and customer support team, the company can better serve its growing call center customer base in the Benelux region.
2020End of 2017, InVision moves into new offices, which are located in the middle of the popular 'Karl-Liebknecht-Straße' in Leipzig. In the 'Wünschmann-Haus', bright and spacious rooms offer modern workplaces for up to 65 colleagues.
2017InVision buys the renowned office building Maki Solitaire. After almost 20 years in Ratingen, the company relocates its headquarters to the Media Harbour in Düsseldorf in spring 2015.
2015Within 18 months, InVision radically changes its business model and offers workforce management as "Software as a Service" under the brand "injixo".
2011 / 2012In June 2011, InVision acquires The Call Center School, the industry-leading training and e-learning company in the US with one of the most comprehensive training programmes in the contact center industry.
2011On 18th June 2007, InVision shares (ISIN: DE0005859698) are traded for the first time on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
2007InVision pushes its offering beyond contact centers with enterprise-wide workforce management and steadily wins high-profile international projects.
2004InVision sets up subsidiaries in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, South Africa and the United States. InVision becomes a leading international provider of workforce management solutions.
1999With the emerging call center boom in the 90s, InVision focuses exclusively on workforce management solutions for call centers.
1997Peter Bollenbeck, Armand Zohari and Matthias Schroer establish InVision Software and start their workforce management software offering.
