AD-HOC NOTICE ACCORDING TO § 15 WpHG

InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), a leading international provider of enterprise-wide workforce management solutions, reported an increase in revenues in the first quarter of 2009. According to the preliminary figures, revenues raised up to EUR 2.94 million compared to EUR 2.32 million reported in the same quarter in the previous year. This represents an increase of 27 percent.

Above all, licence revenues are expected to climb up by 210 percent. According to the preliminary numbers, InVision estimates licence revenues of EUR 1.04 million in the first quarter 2009 (first quarter 2008: EUR 337,000). This reflects the postponement of several contract completions from the fourth quarter 2008 as well as the positive effects of the intensification of sales efforts during the fiscal year 2008. Maintenance revenues are projected to be EUR 1 million, up from EUR 899,000 earned during the same period of the previous year. As a consequence of missing licence revenues during the fourth quarter 2008, services revenues are estimated to decline by 18 percent down to EUR 890,000 (first quarter 2008: EUR 1.08 million).

According to the preliminary figures for the first quarter 2009, EBIT is projected to be EUR -1.66 million which is in line with the Company’s expectations. During the same period of the previous year, the EBIT was EUR -1.73 million.

Even though the overall economic development is still very difficult to predict, InVision’s plans for 2009 remain unchanged and the Company expects a significant increase in revenues as well as an EBIT of app. EUR -2.2 million for the fiscal year 2009.
