AD-HOC NOTICE ACCORDING TO § 15 WpHG

Based on its preliminary figures, InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), one of the leading international providers of solutions for enterprise-wide workforce management, increased its revenues by 27 percent in the second quarter of 2008. Revenues climbed to Euro 2.7 million, compared to Euro 2.2 million in the second quarter of 2007. Thus, in the first half year 2008, revenues totaled Euro 5.0 million, which represents a 5 percent increase over the same period in 2007.

The company’s performance in the first half year of 2008 continued to be influenced by the scheduled staff expansion, which brought the number of employees to 217 as of June 30th, 2008. This represents a 25 percent increase compared to the end of December 2007 and a 60 percent increase compared to June 30th, 2007. The staff expansion is a reflection of the anticipated continued growth. Accordingly, personnel costs rose by more than 50 percent to approximately Euro 5.5 million in the first half year.

According to the preliminary figures, the large staff expansion is the main factor contributing to the estimated operating result (EBIT) of Euro -3.5 million in the first half year 2008, a result which is in line with the company’s expectations. In the first half year of fiscal year 2007, the EBIT was Euro -1.0 million.

As in previous years, InVision again expects strong growth in licence revenues in the second half of the year.
