InVision AG Refocuses Its Services Business in the U.S.
With the start of the current financial year, InVision AG (ISIN: DE0005859698) has reorganised the services business of its subsidiary injixo Inc. in the United States.
The premium educational content known under the brand “The Call Center School”, which is tailored to the training requirements of contact centre employees and executives, will now be exclusively offered with a radically simplified and extremely attractive pricing model based on annual subscriptions. Previous services such as classroom training, webinars and the project business are no longer available. The previous strategic consulting business known under the brand “Core Practice” has been sold to the local management of Core Practice, in the course of a management buyout. The business will be continued in the form of an independent company. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Due to this reorganisation, InVision expects to achieve an improved EBIT margin across the Group in the current financial year. As a result of the actions taken, the annualised cost base for 2014 will be reduced to EUR 9.5 - 10 million. Thus, the Company can continue to focus exclusively on highly scalable and fast-growing revenues generated with cloud offers.
