Infratel Is Authorised Partner of InVision in Selling Workforce Management Solutions in Russia
Infratel, an international developer and provider of solutions for organising call centres, is a new authorised distribution partner of InVision Software, a leading international provider of enterprise-wide workforce management solutions. Along with its own solutions, Infratel will sell the software solution InVision Enterprise WFM on the Russian market.

InVision Enterprise WFM, the web-based software solution for enterprise-wide workforce management, allows the staff planner to optimise staffing by creating schedules that at all times conform as closely as possible to the actual requirement. Furthermore, it allows for employee involvement in the planning process via its employee web portal ‘Infothek’.
