Chicago Customer Success Manager

As a member of injixo’s Customer Experience team, it will be your primary goal to ensure that our customers use our award-winning cloud-based workforce management solution successfully. You will be actively involved with customers to build relationships, promote adoption, address issues, and identify new business opportunities.

What we expect you to do

  • Onboard new customers and make sure they derive sustainable value from the product as quickly as possible
  • Actively iterate on our methodologies and procedures to improve the way we work
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor and build long-term relationships within our customers
  • Dive deep into business-related workforce management problems of existing customers and prospects and develop appropriate solutions
  • Implement solutions and demo results to customers and prospects
  • Explore and identify new revenue opportunities with existing customers and prospects
  • Partner closely with international development teams to translate business needs and failure demand into new features for customers
