Customers of our complex B2B solution, injixo, can decide every month, if they wish to continue using our services for optimized staff scheduling in their contact center. This is one of the reasons our Customer Experience (CX) team is passionate about helping them utilize injixo in the best possible way. Simply because only successful customers are happy and committed to staying with us in the long term. In order to strengthen our position, we are looking for you to join our CX team.

How you will contribute

  • Be a “Trusted Advisor” to our customers and convince them of our workforce management (WFM) software injixo by advising them in a competent manner
  • Apply your communication skills to figure out what the customer really needs
  • Independently configure injixo for the customer, making sure our solution meets the requirements of each user - even in complex application cases
  • Jointly implement the solution together with the customer, while making sure it’s sustainable and adds value to its users (partly on-site at the customer)
  • Work closely with our development and product management teams to convert our users’ requirements into new features
  • Use your technical understanding and acquire a deep knowledge of our software system and on WFM in the contact center
