Customers of our complex B2B solution, injixo, can decide every month, if they wish to continue using our services for optimized staff scheduling in their contact center. This is one of the reasons our Customer Experience (CX) team is passionate about helping them utilize injixo in the best possible way. Simply because only successful customers are happy and committed to staying with us in the long term. In order to strengthen our position, we are looking for you to join our CX team.

How you will contribute

  • Support new customers with the configuration and implementation of our workforce management (WFM) software injixo
  • Guide existing customers while migrating their on-premise solution to the cloud
  • Be a trusted advisor to our customers and establish long-term relationships
  • Work closely with our product management and development teams while translating user requirements into new features
  • Contribute your experience and knowledge on Contact Centers and Workforce Management, or gain in-depth know-how in these areas
