Duesseldorf Account Manager

As a member of our cross-functional Customer Experience team, your primary goal is to win new customers and to ensure that they successfully use our award-winning, cloud workforce management solution, injixo. You will work closely with our North-American prospects and existing clients, to build relationships, promote adoption, address issues, and identify new business opportunities.

How you will contribute

  • Drive the success of injixo within the D-A-CH region by leveraging previous experience with complex sales transactions
  • Identify and proactively drive new revenue opportunities with our existing clients by up- and cross-selling of services or extended footprint to increase customer value
  • Apply the Inbound Sales Methodology to convert leads into new customers
  • Engage as a trusted advisor for our prospects and customers with a deep understanding of our software products and workforce management (WFM) in contact centers in general
  • Run tailored demos to prospects addressing their WFM challenges
  • Actively contribute towards our open and team-focused culture that promotes knowledge exchange and will help the team grow
