Chicago Customer Success Manager

As a member of our cross-functional Customer Experience team, your primary goal is to win new customers and to ensure that they successfully use our award-winning, cloud workforce management solution, injixo. You will work closely with our North-American prospects and existing clients, to build relationships, promote adoption, address issues, and identify new business opportunities.

How you will contribute

  • Onboard new clients by supporting them in achieving best results and sustainable value with injixo from day 1
  • Understand and resolve workforce management (WFM) problems by conducting regular health checks
  • Collaborate with our international development and product teams to transform our users’ needs into new features
  • Be a trusted advisor for our customers and build long-term relationships
  • Promote exchange of knowledge among your colleagues and develop your personal expertise
  • Actively contribute towards our open and team-focused culture
