Chicago Leader Customer Success Management (CSM)

The primary goal of our cross-functional Customer Experience team is to win new customers and to ensure that they successfully use our award-winning, cloud workforce management solution, injixo. The team works closely with our North American prospects and existing clients, to build relationships, promote adoption, overcome challenges and identify new business opportunities.

How you will contribute

  • Execute and iterate over our CSM strategy
  • Enable the team to be successful, help individuals to grow sustainably and be aligned with our values and lean principles
  • Empower the team with your strategic and operational expertise in the field of CSM, always delivering maximum customer value with innovative and actionable measures
  • Define, establish and consistently improve functional standards (CSM processes, methods and tools) to sustainably maximize the performance of our customer success management company-wide
  • Collaborate with an international group of leaders across teams, functions, and regions to ensure success on a global level
