Chicago Account Executive - Digital Learning

As a member of our cross-functional team, your primary goal is to make our digital learning solutions, branded as The Call Center School, an integral part of our customers’ learning and development strategy. You will work closely with our North-American prospects and existing clients, to build relationships, promote adoption, address issues, and identify new business opportunities. You will become a key contributor in a closely collaborative, global team of sales, marketing, and developers, with a real opportunity to impact the product’s development and market strategy.

How you will contribute

  • Drive the success of our digital learning solutions for our enterprise-level accounts and prospects by leveraging your extensive experience in account management
  • Identify and proactively drive new revenue opportunities with our existing clients by up- and cross-selling
  • Successfully convert qualified leads generated through inbound channels into new customers
  • Continuously analyze and iteratively improve upon our sales process
  • Engage as a trusted advisor for our prospects and customers with a deep understanding of our solutions and the learning and development challenges that contact centers face
  • Actively contribute towards the growth of our team through knowledge sharing and exchange, specifically leveraging your account management and development experience
