As a member of our cross-functional team, your primary goal is to make our digital learning solutions, branded as The Call Center School, an integral part of our customers’ learning and development strategy. You will work closely with our North-American prospects and existing clients, to build relationships, promote adoption, address issues, and identify new business opportunities. You will become a key contributor in a closely collaborative, global team of sales, marketing, and developers, with a real opportunity to impact the product’s development and market strategy.
