Compensation Reports

According to § 162 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company prepare an annual compensation report. This report describes the main features of the compensation system for the members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board and provides individualised information on the remuneration granted and owed to the members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board in the respective financial year.
