Product Tank Meetup Düsseldorf #1 - Leading without a title

Information

In most situations, the product manager or product owner role means authority has to be earned and is not given. They are not the direct bosses of anyone most of the time, yet they have a lot of responsibility and accountability.

So how do you motivate, lead and convince individuals, teams, and even organizations, when you don’t have a formally given right to do so?

That is what this edition of Product Tank Düsseldorf will be about.
